I was appalled by the service. it felt extremely unwelcoming. The location was not as advertised, quite remote, and difficult to navigate without proper paths. The lack of food and drink options at the pool area just added to the disappointment of our experience.

The breathtaking caldera views from my room completely stole the show. Relaxing in the private hot tub while watching the sunset was a highlight of my stay. The size of the room was impressive, providing ample space to move around comfortably. Panos at the front desk consistently delivered outstanding service, always ready to help with a smile. The maid service was thorough and kept everything spotless. On the downside, the restaurant was closed during my visit, which forced me to seek breakfast options elsewhere—having my morning coffee in a cardboard box was less than ideal. the handheld shower setup could use an upgrade, as there were no overhead shower options available, making it tricky to manage. A few cushions for the sunbeds would have made lounging by the pool much more enjoyable. while the location was convenient for exploring the island, communication issues regarding breakfast and amenities need attention, which impacted my experience somewhat.

Don’t miss breakfast, the variety is incredible. Plan for some poolside downtime, even if it’s not heated as suggested!

Views are incredible (seriously breathtaking! ), privacy was a huge plus with the corner suite. The breakfast knocked our socks off! Staff was super accommodating and made everything easy.
